Vince Verna serves as Counsel On Call’s Chief Executive Officer, where he oversees the strategic direction of the company, as well as all operations.
Prior to joining Counsel On Call, Vince served as Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Project Solution Sales for Experis North America where he managed the Strategic Account sales team directly responsible for driving the full range of services in the largest critical accounts ($700M) and managed the solution sales team selling the full suite of IT project solution capabilities ($350M).
Before joining Experis, he served as the Vice President of Project Solutions managing the $175M Project Solutions line of business for COMSYS IT before being acquired by ManpowerGroup/Experis. Combined, Vince has served in various executive positions for Experis and COMSYS since 2006.
He previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of Acumen Solutions, a management and technology consulting firm from 2004 to 2005. He was responsible for all sales and operations across the company’s three industry verticals of Communications and Media, Financial Services, and Government as well as the Global Services Practice which drove core company offerings.
In 2003 he was an executive consultant to several small to medium size organizations providing strategic direction, market evaluation and organizational growth recommendations.
Prior to 2003, Vince served as the Chief Operating Officer of Xpedior Incorporated (NASDAQ: XPDR), a $200M E-Business technology solutions firm. Preceding Mr. Verna’s role as Chief Operating Officer he was the Senior Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic region for Xpedior.
From 1998 to 1999, Vince served as the President of NDC Group, a system integration and software consulting firm based in Alexandria, VA and wholly owned by Metamor Worldwide (NASDAQ: MMWW). From 1994 to 1998, he ran the Communication and E-Commerce practices for NDC Group, a privately held consulting firm of which he was a founding member. For several years prior to NDC Group Vince worked for Perot Systems in various consulting roles servicing the telecommunications industry.
