Nicole Lytle is a Talent Manager working out of the company’s Nashville office where she works with candidates and assists with client assignment coordination across the country.
Prior to joining Counsel On Call, Nicole worked with both Nelson Mullins and Braun & Associates on civil litigation and labor & employment matters. She was a legal associate with the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office and Green Rainbow Revolution in New York as well. While in law school, she was a law clerk for the immigration practice at Places for People and for Legal Services of Eastern Missouri. She also served as the Special Advisor to a former Ambassador to the United States.
Nicole received her bachelors in Biological Anthropology and Anatomy, with special studies in Cellular Biology, from Duke University. Prior to law school, she worked in surgical research, real estate investment and development, and in the corporate arena.
She received her J.D., with an emphasis in Corporate Law and Conflict Resolution, from the Washington University in St. Louis Law School, where she was Vice President of the Women’s Law Caucus and Law Review Associate Editor. Nicole also competed as a part of the Regional Negotiations Team and served on the Environmental Moot Court Board.
Nicole was an ABA Young Lawyer’s Division “Minorities in the Profession” Scholar and currently serves as the Vice Chair of the ABA YLD’s Women in the Profession Committee.
